DCS Group Documentation & Case Support Services

Mike Ferlatte · Owner / Operator

DCS Group is owned and operated by Mike Ferlatte, who brings over 30 years of experience in emergency services and law enforcement, including serving the Province of Ontario as an Inspector/Investigator with the Ministry of the Solicitor General. This experience informs DCS Group’s practical approach to factual reporting, evidence organization, documentation and professional development.

Based in Fort Erie, DCS Group provides specialized documentation, administrative case support and investigative record management for legal professionals, private investigators, corporate clients and individuals throughout Ontario.

We help turn supplied notes, documents, photographs and receipts into clear factual reports, organized evidence records, chronologies and professionally prepared documents. Our support also includes interview documentation from supplied materials, document scanning and digital file organization, workplace and compliance documentation, and custom forms and procedures.

We also offer missing-records and inconsistency reviews, ongoing records maintenance, claim and project documentation, emergency binders, complaint records, staff documentation workshops and client-directed redaction support.

We develop agency-specific training programs, educational resources and self-directed professional development materials. We also help members of the public locate and organize resources for documentation and government-agency compliance needs.

Is the introductory call free?

Yes. A 15-minute introductory call covers your needs, the service fit and next steps. Detailed consultation and review of your documents are paid work, agreed in advance.

How much will my project cost?

Pricing depends on the amount and condition of your records, the documents required, and the scope of support. See our full services price list, then request a written quote before work begins.

Can I bring photos, receipts, and handwritten notes?

Yes. These can form part of a documentation project. Call first to discuss the quantity, format, and intended use, and to arrange how the materials will be provided.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. Office visits are by appointment only. Call (289) 536-3007 to arrange a suitable time. The office entrance is at the side door of 970 Colette Road.

Do you conduct investigations or provide legal advice?

No. DCS Group provides documentation and administrative case support. Legal advice and legal representation should be obtained from an appropriately licensed legal professional.

What should I prepare before calling?

Have a general description of your project, an approximate page or file count, your required deadline, and the type of finished document you need. Discuss the transfer method before sharing sensitive records.
